How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept Interac e-transfer only. When you check out, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your payment. Be sure to include your order number in the e-transfer message field so we can match your payment to your order.
How long do I have to pay after placing an order?
Please send your e-transfer ASAP of placing your order. If we don’t receive payment within that window, your order may be automatically cancelled.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been paid or processed yet, message us on Instagram @toyliciouskids and we’ll do our best. Once a pre-order is paid it cannot be cancelled — see our Pre-Order Policy.
Do you ship across Canada?
No. But coming soon!
When will my order be processed?
In-stock items are processed within 1–5 business days. Pre-order items are processed when stock arrives — typically 3–4 weeks after the pre-order window closes.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No. Local delivery is contactless via our courier. Markham (Markham Rd. & Major MacKenzie Dr.) porch pickup means we leave your order in a box outside on the agreed date.
Where do I pick up my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll email you a pickup address in Markham and arrange a date.
What if I miss my pickup day?
Message us in advance so we can reschedule. If your order is left out without word from you and items go missing, we unfortunately can’t be responsible.
Is local delivery free?
Yes — for GTHA orders over $185. Porch pickup in Markham is always free.
What’s a pre-order?
A pre-order is a way for you to reserve a product before it’s arrived in our warehouse. You pay upfront, and we get it to you once it’s in stock — typically 3–4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. See our Pre-Order Policy for full details.
Can I get a refund on a pre-order?
Paid pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except if we’re unable to fulfill the order — in that case we refund you in full.
What’s a soft order?
A soft order is your way of saying “I’m interested” before we commit to ordering stock. No payment is collected — if we secure stock, your soft order converts into a pre-order and we’ll email you to request payment. If we can’t secure stock, your soft order is cancelled with no obligation.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
How do I refer a friend?
Log into your account, go to your dashboard, and copy your unique referral link. Share it with friends via text, email, or social media.
When do I get my $5 coupon?
You receive your $5 coupon by email after your friend completes their first order.
Does my friend get anything?
Yes! Your friend automatically receives a $5 coupon after completing their first order.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit, refer as many friends as you like and earn a $5 coupon for each one.
Can I use my coupon with other discounts?
No, referral coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do the coupons expire?
No, your $5 coupon has no expiry date.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are not permitted and will be disqualified.
My friend placed an order but I didn’t get my coupon , what do I do?
Make sure your friend used your referral link before checking out. If you still haven’t received your coupon within 24 hours contact us at toyliciouskids@gmail.com. We cannot track and apply any referral bonuses after an order has been submitted.
