Shipping & Pick-Ups
How we get your order to you.
We’re a small Toronto-based shop and we offer two ways to receive your order: local delivery across the GTHA and porch pickup in Markham.
Processing Times
• In-stock items: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
• Pre-order items: Orders are processed when stock arrives. See our Pre-Order Policy for timelines.
Free Local Delivery
Free local delivery on all orders over $185 within the GTHA (Zones 1 and 2 below). Applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Porch pickup in Markham is always free.
Zone 1
Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill.
Zone 2
Etobicoke, Aurora, Newmarket, Mississauga, Oakville, Hamilton.
We’ll email you when your order is on its way, with tracking when available from our courier.
Porch Pickup (Markham)
Choose porch pickup at checkout — always free.
How pickup works
• Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll email you a pickup address and an agreed date.
• Your order will be left in a box on the porch on the agreed day.
• Pickup is contactless — no need to knock or wait.
• Please pick up on the day arranged. If something comes up, message us in advance so we can reschedule.
Missed pickups
If you need to reschedule, please let us know before your pickup day. We can’t be responsible for items that go missing after a missed pickup that wasn’t communicated to us.
Large Items (Delivery Only)
Some products — like desks, bikes, and other oversized items — are delivery-only and can’t be picked up. You’ll see a note on the product page if pickup isn’t available.
If your order contains both pickup-eligible and delivery-only items, the entire order will be delivered.
