As a small shop, all sales are final. We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchases.

Pre-Orders & Soft Orders

• Pre-orders: Once paid, pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Soft orders: Soft orders can be cancelled by you any time before they convert to pre-orders. After conversion, the pre-order rules above apply.
